Share an registered email with us and indicate the nominated mobile number or bank details i.e., Bank, Bank branch, Bank account and account name.

You can make payment in 3 ways.

• My Safaricom App Online Payment through Safaricom Portal: https://myaccount.safaricom.co.ke/account

Contact line 200 if not successful.

Payment should be done in full by 16th of every month to avoid disconnections.

• Ensure the Email address registered with us is correct.

• Confirm that our Emails don’t go to their junk/spam folders.

To go back to prepaid, kindly dial *200# and select terminate.

You will be required to settle any pending bill.
