Emerald PostPay Plans are premium mobile plans that offers exclusive value and are tailored to deliver a worry-free connection for different customer lifestyles.
- Dial *544# → Select Option 0 (Emerald)
- Choose the Emerald PostPay plan that fits your lifestyle
- Review terms and conditions, then proceed
- Enter your email address for billing purposes
- Confirm the total amount to be deducted and pay via M-Pesa
- Your new plan will be activated once the payment is confirmed
- Dial *544# → Select Option 0 (Emerald PostPay)
- Choose your preferred Emerald PostPay plan
- You’ll be notified of your outstanding balance from your previous plan, if any
- Clear any balance and top up your deposit as required for your new plan
- Accept the terms and proceed with migration
- Your new plan will be activated once the payment is complete
- If you have any unpaid bills on your current PostPay plan, you will need to clear them before migrating
- For prepaid customers, the deposit is required upfront with the prepayment to complete the migration
- Ensure you pay the necessary amounts before proceeding
