You will get 100min International Calling (52 countries) + 8GB + 400 Min (Local Networks) + 1000SMS + WhatsApp@Ksh2000 OR 30GB @Ksh 2000

You will need to dial *444#> Global Connect which will display the available plan

You can purchase the Jambo Tourist Bundles via Airtime and M-PESA.

You can check the resources balances by dialing *444# or send SMS to 144 to display the remaining balances.

Jambo resources can only be used while in Kenya i.e., cannot be used while roaming.

International Minutes can only be used to call the pre-selected international destinations. Other international destinations will be charged out of bundle rates i.e., Normal PAYG rates. All the other resources can be used to make local calls and SMS.

Jambo resources cannot be transferred. However, you will be able to Sambaza Airtime from their main account and can also receive Airtime from 3rd parties.

You can purchase the Jambo Tourist Bundles as many times within the first 90 days on the network.

Yes, purchase of another bundle will extend the validity of the existing Jambo Tourist Bundle.

Yes, unutilized Jambo resources will roll over if they re-purchase a similar Jambo Bundle before the expiry of 30 days.

Once you deplete the bundle, you will have access to unlimited WhatsApp valid until the bundle expiry date. Also, if you make calls, SMS, or browse you will charge out of bundle.

Yes, however partially utilized resources shall NOT be reversed.

Yes, you will earn Bonga points upon purchase of the Jambo Tourist Bundles according to the Bonga terms and conditions.

Yes, you will accumulate Storo bonus points upon purchase of the Jambo Tourist Bundles if you have subscribed to the service.
