Fake recipient
The message will usually ask you to do something – like call back a certain number or urgently remind you to send money to a certain number. Often, the request will require you to respond immediately.
As a Safaricom user, you may have received a message like ‘Tuma kwa hii number ile ingine ikona shida’. The only and most important thing to do is, do not send any money.
