The following terms and conditions apply to the Safaricom Tuinuane Kwa Upendo Christmas Device Offer (the “Offer”):-
1.Eligibility

This offer is open to all customers who purchase the participating devices from any recognised Safaricom Retail Shop and www.masoko.com as per the table below.

The participating devices are in clause 5 below and will also be published in the media, Safaricom Shops and Safaricom Website (www.safaricom.co.ke).

The list of Safaricom Retail Shops is available on the Safaricom website.
2. Offer Period

The Offer runs from 08:00hrs 13th December 2022 to 23:59 hrs on 8th Jan 2023 ("Offer Period").

The Offer is valid while stocks last.
3.The Offer

During the Offer Period, customers who purchase participating devices will enjoy discounted price options as listed in clause 5 below.

Participating Devices and Accessories sold to you are subject always, to the Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty. The devices are Single SIM models with exception of Nokia C2 2nd Ed, Nokia C21 Plus, Nokia G21, Infinix Smart 6 Plus, Infinix Hot 12 Play, Oppo A77, Oppo A77S, Oppo A96, Oppo Reno 7 5G, Samsung Galaxy S22/S22+/S22 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Note 20/20 Ultra models.
4. How To Participate

Purchase any participating device from any Safaricom Shop or Masoko.com - the Safaricom online marketplace.

To check your Bonga Point, dial *126# on your mobile phone.

The accessories accompany the device in the box once collected during the Safaricom Tuinuane Kwa Upendo Christmas Offer, cannot be returned or replaced.
