Safaricom Samsung Galaxy S22 Pre-Order Offer

The following terms and conditions apply to the Safaricom Samsung Galaxy S22 Pre-order Retail Device Offer (the “Offer”): -

1. This offer is open to all customers who purchase the Samsung Galaxy S22 devices (“Participating Devices”) from any recognised Safaricom Retail Shop as per the table Clause 5 below.

2. The Participating Devices are in clause 5 below and will also be published in the media, Safaricom Shops and Safaricom Website

3. The list of Safaricom Retail Shops is available on the Safaricom website.

2. Offer Period

1. The Offer runs from 08:00hrs 15th Feb 2022 to 23:59 hrs 10th March 2022 (‘Offer Period”).

2. The Offer is valid while stocks last.

3. The Offer

1. During the Offer Period, customers who purchase Participating Devices will enjoy discounted price options as listed in clause 5 below.

2. Participating Devices sold to you are subject always to the Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty and are Single SIM models with exception of Samsung Galaxy S22/S22+/S22 Ultra models which are dual sims.

4. How to Participate

1. Customer buys the Participating Devices the at the Safaricom Shop or Masoko.com website.

2. The Pre-ordered Participating Devices shall be collected by from Safaricom Retail Shop or delivered by Masoko.com at the end of pre-order period.

3. The sales agent shall then activate 15Gb Data Bundle using the free 2000 airtime and in addition and the sales agent shall also issue the customer with free Samsung Buds Earphones.

4. The limited Offer is based on first come first served basis.

5. Accessories issued during the Offer once collected cannot be returned or replaced.

1. Save as modified above, these Terms and Conditions are supplemental to and subject to the published Safaricom Prepay and Postpay Service Terms and Conditions and other Services that you may be using.

2. Safaricom reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw the Offer at any time. In any of these events, notice will be given via media advertisements (including at Safaricom’s discretion on the Safaricom website) and will be effective immediately or as at the date referred in such notifications
