Safaricom Business Internet is billed on a prepay or postpay basis. You will receive an invoice on the 1st of each month, with payment due by the 16th. The first bill will include prorated charges for the onboarding month and the full charge for the following month.

- Onboarding Payment: Deposit via Paybill 140140 or at Safaricom shops (cash or cheque).
- Monthly Payments: Pay via Paybill 200200 using your service account number as the account number or at Safaricom shops.
- The bill is due on the 16th of each month. A 10-day grace period may apply, but disconnection may occur if payment is not received within 90 days of the due date. Other credit collection actions may be applied to recover any outstanding bill amounts after termination.
No, installation is free, and equipment is provided at no additional cost. However, the equipment remains Safaricom’s property and must be returned if you terminate the service. Note that internal LAN office cabling is not included.
Installation begins after payment is received and is typically completed as quickly as possible. Our installation partners will contact you to schedule the setup once your order is processed.
