The Academy’s Fellowship and Accelerator Programmes equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and community to accelerate and sustain their impact. Over the past three years, the Academy has conducted several engagements with Safaricom including: • Virtual training workshops for 45 staff members (2020) • Online courses (2021) • Facilitating Good Society discussion sessions with 109 Uongozi Centre scholars (2021). The Centre aims to support students in their post-secondary school journey by enhancing their leadership potential, developing independent living and thinking skills as well as assisting our learners to incubate business ideas and community project. • Leading a session (after year end) at the inaugural MPESA Foundation Academy Leadership Conference.
