You will receive a menu with the following options

Reply with your desired option.
Step 2. You will then receive a menu with the list of SMS or Talk time options that you can redeem depending on the number of points you have

Once you reply you will get a confirmation message
E.g. "You have redeemed 200 points for 8 free SMS, your new points balance is 300. You will shortly receive a confirmation SMS once your reward is available for use."
