• You can check the total number of points you have accumulated at any time.  Simply  SMS the word POINTS to 124 or dial124. (USSD Version)
• Customers will be able to accurately check all the points earned after 1 hour of using airtime. I.e. if one used 10/- now they will need to wait a maximum of 10 minutes to see his total points including the last point earned. 
  
  Postpaid subscribers will get their points based on the time the call records are updated on the system.
